Cicely Adri’anna is an inspiring transformational speaker, author, and certified life coach. She lives by the motto " Know thyself & show up in the world - boldly!". At her core, she is on a mission to be the advocating voice for the “strong friend” while empowering women and youth to take actionable steps to transform their lives personally and professionally. She is fueled by illuminating paths of support for all as a mental health warrior, domestic violence survivor and socio-economic equality advocate. She has been featured on a variety of university panels, advocacy campaigns, virtual podcasts, blogs and webinars.

She is the founder of CZB Innovations, LLC. A team dedicated to equipping aspiring leaders and young change agents with the resources they need to pursue growth with confidence and purpose. CZB Innovations offers transformational signature trainings, personal and small business services.

Born in Jackson, Mississippi , she has called Texas home for over 11 years . She has cultivated over 17 years of experience working with the most vulnerable populations and nonprofit agencies. Cicely Adri’ anna is a graduate of Jackson State University and a fierce champion of HBCUs. She is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Her engagement extends across a diverse collection of professional service organizations, advisory boards, and community service endeavors. Cicely is a proud mother of one innovatively loquacious son and one colorfully spirited daughter. She enjoys building relationships, great plant-based food experiences, and seeing others shine!
